I’m Agata, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself and kick off my brand-new blog, Nursery’s ABC. This is a space where I’ll be sharing my passion, experiences, and tips from my journey in the world of early years education.

I’ve been working in nurseries for nearly 11 years, and what a ride it’s been! I started as a nursery nurse and climbed the ladder through roles like room leader, third-in-charge, deputy manager, and now nursery manager. Each step has taught me something new about nurturing young minds and creating a thriving environment for both children and staff.

Organization is my superpower—it’s what keeps the chaos at bay in the busy world of nursery life. I’m all about finding ways to streamline processes so we can focus on what truly matters: the joy of working with children. That’s why I’ve launched my small business, ABC Resources. Through it, I aim to lighten the load for nursery managers and support nursery staff however I can. My goal? To help you organize what you can, so your days run smoother, leaving more time to cherish those magical moments with the little ones.
